Prime Location
Vista Real is located in the exclusive La Alcaidesa urbanisation in San Roque, just metres from the beach and adjacent to the tenth hole of the Links course. The complex is only 1.5km from the La Hacienda Links Golf Resort Clubhouse, from which you can access the 36 holes of our Links and Heathland courses.
The surroundings are part of the experience: nestled between two natural parks, with the glistening waters of the Mediterranean on one side and some of the most prestigious golf courses in Europe on the other. Sotogrande and Valderrama are just a short drive away while Gibraltar and its bay grace the horizon.
Seafront Apartments
The 44 apartments at Vista Real feature a private balcony or terrace with views of the sea and the golf course. Its colonial-style décor creates a warm atmosphere, designed to make you feel at home from day one.
The fully equipped kitchens combine wood and granite countertops and feature a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, glassware and all necessary utensils. The bedrooms include air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a free safe and a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The ground-floor apartments have private gardens with sun loungers, while the penthouses offer the largest terraces, perfect for an aperitif at sunset after a day of sightseeing. If you need anything extra, the reception team will be happy to provide it.

Two-Bedroom Penthouse
- Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and sun terrace.
- Sleeps two to four adults.
- Approximate size: 85-110 m².
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Private Garden
- Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and garden.
- Sleeps three to four adults.
- Approximate size: 65-70 m² plus garden.
