GOLF DRIVING RANGE IN SOTOGRANDE

The driving range at La Hacienda Links Golf Resort is one of the most comprehensive on the Costa del Sol. Recently renovated, it features 72 driving bays – 36 of which are covered – a natural grass tee line with capacity for large groups, target greens at multiple distances and practice bunkers that replicate course conditions.

For short-game practice, the facilities include two chipping greens, dedicated bunkers and two high-quality putting greens with the same surfaces found on the Links and Heathland courses. A par-three hole area completes the offering, ideal for both beginners and those looking to sharpen their approach play before each round.

TRACKMAN

The driving range at La Hacienda features TrackMan technology, the golf analysis system used by the world’s top professionals. Using high-precision radar, TrackMan captures key parameters of each shot in real time: distance, ball speed, launch angle and dispersion. This information is then translated into actionable insights for progressive and measurable improvement.

Our facilities include ten fixed screens and 20 mobile device stands, available on both the ground and upper levels of our driving range.

Whatever your skill level, practicing with TrackMan becomes an interactive, stimulating and exceptionally productive experience: integrated games, personalised training modes and data that, for the first time, allow you to truly understand what’s happening with your swing. Prepare for your round on the Links and Heathland courses with the same technology used by European Tour players.

PUTTING GREEN AND CHIPPING AREA

Golf is won or lost on or around the green. That’s why at La Hacienda, we’ve designed a short-game area that faithfully replicates the conditions of our championship courses. Two types of grass, Bermuda and Bentgrass, will allow you to adapt to the exact surfaces you’ll find on the Links and Heathland courses so there will be no unwelcome surprises on the green.

The chipping areas and practice bunkers simulate the most demanding scenarios of playing any course: elevations, sand tees, approach angles and ball roll speeds. Our two large putting greens, among the largest in southern Spain, offer the same pristine roll that distinguishes La Hacienda in international rankings.
